Design and Drafting Services (SolidWorks)
- Full design process from an initial 'napkin' sketches, feasibility studies and prototyping, through to design validation, design for manufacture and documentation of complex fabricated and/or machined parts, assembies and projects.
- Designing high and low voltage electrical enclosures for marine and defence applications.
- Designing welded fabricated steel structures, gantry cranes, over head indudrial platforms and work stations, stairways and balustrades.
- Jigs and fixtures, conveyors/ball tables and kitting trays.
- Any type of 3D modeling including reverse engineering projects.
- Creating plant work models and layouts.
- Rendered images, 'fly-over' and 'walk through' movies for promotional videos.
- Converting old hand drawings and redundant CAD drawings to Solidworks models and drafts.
- Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) .
- Converting sketches to DXF format for manufacture.
- Standard operational procedure documents (SOP).
